Nestled in the Asambu Hills of Kanyakumari district, our estate is surrounded by forests, rolling hills, and the unique landscapes of the southern Western Ghats.

The name Karumparai, meaning Black Rock in Tamil, is inspired by this region and its rugged terrain. Abundant rainfall, fertile soils, and cool mountain air create ideal conditions for growing spices such as cloves, pepper, cinnamon, and bay leaves.

Life on the estate follows the rhythm of the seasons. From flowering and harvest to drying and packing, every stage is shaped by the land and the climate that make this region special.
