Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Cancellation requests may be considered if received within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged product, or a product that appears compromised during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@karumparai.com. To help us assess your request, please include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Upon verification of the claim, Karumparai may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement product or issue a refund. Requests arising from personal taste preferences, aroma preferences, or change of mind are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Approved refunds are typically initiated within 1–2 business days and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank.
